Wanna know what one of our creations costs? These are our price ranges for each type of costume we offer, not starting prices. This means that the minimum you can offer to have your project made— after fur count and complexity calculation— will be somewhere between the two values listed, plus any additional parts or unique complexity.

Where your projects falls on these ranges and what your minimum asking price is determined to be is dependent on your project’s complexity level, which it determined by but is not limited to: number of fabrics required, personalized features, markings, and asymmetry. Quoting periods will help you determine what your project’s price will be, so do be sure to apply when those occur!

These prices, and the quote you receive upon application, will not include shipping; that will instead be calculated upon completion of your project due to fluctuation shipping rates.

HEADS - $2,500-$3,800

Oakley’s Creations specializes in the creation of one-of-a-kind, hand-carved fursuit heads!

INCLUDES

  • Comfortable neoprene and cotton-lined interior for optimal comfort

  • Custom-made dye-sublimated eye mesh, with 2D and 3D eye blank options

  • Static, wide mouths for optimal ventilation that include 3D printed teeth and plush tongues

  • Plush noses, with pickable nostrils or without (species dependent)

PARTIALS - $4,500-$6,500

This style of costume is perfect for clothed performances and lighter wearing!

UNDERSTANDING PRICE RANGES

Want a better idea on what these price ranges mean and what your project may be priced as within them? Below is a summary on what type of projects would fall on what part of the range based on character details and complexity! (Graphics to help illustrate coming soon!)

These are not fully detailed summaries, and your character may fall under multiple categories as they are presented here. Please take this and the Price Calculator as a rough estimation rather than a guide to a final price, and be sure to get an official quote to confirm your pricing!

Simple (Low end)

  • 1-2 fur colors + flesh color (ears, tongue, nose, etc.)

  • Simple patterns or solid-color (think black cat or white wolf with black belly)

  • Symmetrical

  • One-color hair, if any. Tuft style

  • Minimal shape language, non-detailed species (including but not limited to most common species, such as most canines and cats, rodents, and rabbits)

Standard (Mid-Range)

  • 2-5 fur colors + flesh color (ears, tongue, nose, etc.)

  • Simple to moderate difficulty patterns (think raccoon or Bernese mountain dog)

  • Symmetrical or sparse asymmetry (freckles, 1-4 off-symmetry markings, half-moon designs)

  • 1-2 color tufts or hair, up to medium sized antlers or horns

  • Non-complex shape language (including but not limited to species that don’t require heavy style changes to imply, such as birds, dragons, deers, and kangaroos)

Complex (High End)

  • 6+ fur colors + flesh color (ears, tongue, nose, etc.)

  • Moderate to complex patterns (think tiger or Dalmatian)

  • Symmetrical or moderate asymmetry (heavy gradient use, multiple odd markings such as music notes or swirls, 30+ stripes and spots, merle patches)

  • Multi-color or unique hair colors, large antlers or horns

  • Complex shape language (now including species that heavily change aesthetics, such as elephants or crocodiles)

Detailed (Above Range)

These would be for the high work or overtime projects that need to go over range to cover all details. For a project to go above range, it must have at least 2 of the following features:

  • 10+ fur colors + flesh color (ears, tongue, nose, etc.)

  • Full asymmetry or high detail symmetry (think african wild dog or y2k sparkle dogs; dense stripes/spots, different colors per part, or chimera designs)

  • Unique body patterns that would only apply to your project, including but not limited to full-custom parts (object tails, blade hands, etc.) or crawling suits

Eyes + Face

We put extra care into our faces, especially our eyes; they are the trademark of our suit’s look after all! Each pair is custom printed or cut to our specific shape, and our irises are digitally painted and inkjet-printed onto cloth mesh that provides the clearest vision possible! They are then coated in a finishing solution that makes them completely waterproof, ensuring a bleed-free experience as close to a real eye as we can physically get (without magic of course!)

3D Eyes

Our specialty! Designed to have an engaged, follow-me effect, which is great for performers who want to appear looking at the camera regardless of the angle!

2D Eyes

Flat versions of our 3D eyes! Custom cut to have a fun, toony look that is very focused in nature. Can be designed to be more exaggerated or fit another style!

installed expressions

Have a look you just want to keep default? Custom-expression eyelids and expressive eyebrows for grumpy effects can be added!

Removable Eyelids ($20 per Pair)

Velcro or magnetically-removable additions to add a little character to your critter! Sad, Angry, Closed or Winking, whatever! Covered in material of your choice.

Handpaws

Handpaws tell a lot about character and species, and we’re open to creating custom patterns to help that! Each type of paw has the option of being flat, being lined with cozy cotton, or have no lining and plush pillows in the fingers for those who have sweatier hands!

Wanting just head and handpaws? Handpaws will cost an additional $200!

Feetpaws

If you’re fully expecting to be walking around for hours in costume, surely it’s best to be sure your feet are comfortable, right? Each pair of feet are polyfil stuffed with your choice of having shoes installed onto the sole, or having a slipper-like build with a foam base and cotton lining to keep your feet cozy for hours!

Wanting to add feetpaws to your partial or head-only order? Feetpaws will cost an additional $350!

Outdoor Feetpaws

Perfect for excessive use! Soles are made with shoe rubber, which makes them suitable for nearly any activity with long-term durability!

Indoor Feetpaws ($50)

For the bean lover! Applique paw pads sewn onto the bottom of the feet for a real paw illusion, with your choice of material between minky, vinyl, mochi, and fleece!
